What it does
- Uses the official WhatsApp Business API through Kapso, with your clinic’s own number
- One conversation per patient, inside their record
- Replies matched to the patient by phone number
- Approved templates for reminders, confirmations, recalls and estimates
- Free replies within 24 hours of the patient’s last message, as WhatsApp requires
- Only patients who opted in are messaged
- Signed, encrypted connection details per clinic
